The Tennessee Valley Fair, formally named the Tennessee Valley Agricultural & Industrial Fair takes place each September at the Chilhowee Park, Knoxville, Tennessee.
The 2011 fair will take place Sept. 9–18, 2011
The precursor to the fair was the Appalachian Exposition of 1910. orgamized by regional businessmen and editors, and was repeated in 2011 and 2013. The first fair in the present pattern was the e East Tennessee Division Fair in 1916.
